Returns
Contact us if you need to return any item. Any product that is damaged in shipping or is defective may be returned for a full refund if returned within 45 days of shipping.
To receive a refund authorization number contact us. Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than miss-shipment of product, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (but If a new product is ordered there is NO restocking fee). The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 45 days of our shipping date.

Shipping Information
-The majority of our orders ship within 1-2 business days after they are placed. During our busy summer months & during the December holiday season, orders may take up to around 3 business days to ship.
- Ground delivery is generally delivery within 1-5 business days, although Ground shipments are not guaranteed to be delivered within 5 days.
-The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS, although we do use Fedex and the United States Postal Service on occasion.
-You will be emailed the tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also obtain tracking information through the 'My Account" section on our site
-In most cases, the carriers will leave the package at your address if you are not home. While we give carriers permission to leave packages without a signature in most cases, it is still up to the discretion of the carrier whether they leave the package. If the carrier feels like delivery may result in the package being stolen, or if there is bad weather, they may leave a door tag and reattempt delivery the following business day. Please contact us in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. In the case of the product arriving damaged, in most cases, you will want to contact the manufacturer for coverage under their warranty. We will be glad to provide you with contact information to manufacturers.
-If you order multiple products, it is possible that the products will ship separately from each other. While they will most often ship on the same day, it is possible for items to ship on separate days. You will receive separate tracking emails from us in that case.
-We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO military addresses. We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Warranty Information
Some of our products carry their own extended warranty offered by the manufacturer. Any claims based on manufacturer warranties must be made directly to the manufacturer, and not through RJsCampingWorld.
Out of Stock Products
While we strive to only sell products on our site that we have inventory for, we may run out of stock on item on occasion before they are shipped. If your order can not be fulfilled, we will notify you be email or phone and will gladly credit you in full for any unshipped products.
